I have to say this and i never leave reviews. This dentist office was a ten out of ten. First let’s start with the front desk, she was warm, welcoming and overall professional. I had an 8:30 appt and they were able to see me on time. The xray tech was informative and also patient with me as i adjusted to using the machines. That’s another thing their technology is top of the line and it helps because it’s not a lot of older offices that has that big bulky machines so it made my experience more pleasant. However, the star of the show was Ms. Courtney my hygienist. She was the perfect person to help inform, EDUCATE and provide reassurance for me throughout the process. Thanks so muchhhh for all that you did for me during my initial visit with you guys.

I had a really positive experience as a new patient at Hiram Dental Group and Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, the friendly receptionist made me feel welcome. Scheduling was easy, and the smooth transition from their sister company in TN made getting started here stress-free. The facility is clean, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and caring. My appointment was also very timely. I was honestly in and out in no time, which I really appreciated. The X-ray technician, the hygienist and Dr. Kayla Brown were incredibly supportive and encouraging, which relieved my anxiety about a condition from a previous diagnosis. Dr. Brown took time to answer all of my questions and referred me to their periodontal specialist for a consultation before creating a treatment plan. I really appreciated her honesty and willingness not to rush into unnecessary procedures. That level of care and transparency means a lot and I'd love to have her as my primary provider. A couple of minor notes: although I enjoyed the music being played at the clinic, I'd recommend the staff tone it down a bit. Also, while they do accept my discount dental plan, this location does not accept the VA Delta Dental PPO plan, so I may need to get some services elsewhere. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m grateful for such a thoughtful and professional dental team.
