Today was my first time visiting this dentist, and I was even more pleased with my visit than I initially thought! When I first read about Kayla Brown online, I was very impressed because I liked what she had written about herself. And I decided to switch dentists shortly thereafter earlier this year to the Hiram Dental Group. The Staff there were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the office had an overall good feel to it with nice music playing softly in the background. When I met Ms. Kayla Brown and we discussed my treatment, she was very patient and understanding, and she really listened to what I had to say as well as my concerns. Roe and Breanna helped me tremendously as well; Roe in explaining what my insurance would cover and what it would not and Breanna in cleaning my teeth as the hygienist, and in offering some good suggestions too. And Ashley who was at the front desk, was just superb and very friendly. She made me feel comfortable as I waited to see if my Care Credit was still open, and it was which made me have an even happier dental visit, because I was able to use it to cover my overall bill today! If you are looking for a dentist like I was earlier this year, I highly recommend them!
